In the fall of 2020, Pinnacle Logistics Solutions was awarded the designation of third-fastest-growing startup company in Canada, as well as fastest-growing startup in the Canadian transportation and logistics space.
Headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, Pinnacle was founded in 2017 and comprises a specialized transportation and project-management company with a focus on over-dimensional and multi-modal freight. The young enterprise distinguishes itself by offering the versatility of a broker with the technical know-how and hands-on approach of an asset-based transport company.
When Pinnacle came to Thrive Creative in 2020, they were looking to answer a simple question: How do we harness our brand and use it as a catalyst for growth?
In order to answer this question, Thrive’s UX research team embarked on a series of discovery exercises designed to uncover insights that could be used to begin expressing Pinnacle’s already-established brand in new and exciting ways.
We used our findings to define a content strategy for the website with headline and copy direction, architect critical information for multi-million-dollar sales presentations, design marketing collateral consistent with Pinnacle’s brand guidelines, and write and place longform editorial with major industry publications.
